Read the sermon summary: Last Sunday we considered the serious danger that false teachers present. It’s a certainty that they will arise within the church and bring destructive heresies, even leading some people astray. But it’s also a certainty that God will judge them. The Lord knows how to rescue the godly and judge the wicked. This Sunday we will continue with the theme of false teachers, seeing more about their identity, their character, and their strategies. One question we’re left wondering is, if these false teachers are so blatant with their wickedness, why would anyone fall for their lies and turn away from the Lord?
